You can do either this problem or Homework 10.1.

You should have already completed part (a) of this problem, which is to propose the problem. For the rest of this problem analyze the data using the Bayesian modeling techniques we have learned in this class. Be sure that your decision making in the analysis is very clear and that you provide enough text describing the experiments. Remember, your data set will be foreign to the course staff, so you need to be extra clear.
